"Share the Vision" Sweepstakes - The Rules

“REAL VISION XYZ” SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

Share a Real Vison video via POWERSHARE or Refer a Friend for a chance to win a sweepstakes Prize.  One entry per Share (max 5 shares per month) or Refer with no limit to the number of entries. 

  1. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Real Vision Group SEZC, a Cayman Islands special economic zone company having a principal place of business at 190 Elgin Ave, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-9005, Cayman Islands (“Sponsor” which term shall include its affiliates).
  2. “Prizes”:
    31 Prizes: One year membership at the member’s existing paid membership level (i.e. essential, plus or pro) to RealVision.com.  The ARV of each Membership is #239 for Essential, $599 for Plus and $3,499 for Pro.

Participants will not be eligible to win more than one (1) Prize. $1 trials and Blacklist are not eligible for this sweepstakes. Only active, paying members of the Essential, Plus and Pro tiers qualify for prizes.   Exact elements of the Prize to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s representative will activate the Membership for the winners of the Prizes after the winners have been verified and announced and the current paid membership expires.  Winners shall be responsible for all computer and/or mobile equipment and connectivity to access the Membership.

  1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes commences at 12:01 AM CST on 11/27/2020 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on 12/31/2020 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected daily from 12/1/2020 to 12/31/2020.
  2. Eligibility: Open only to living individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older) as of the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Eligibility does not include: Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor or their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, affiliates, advertising, promotion and web design agencies, and their respective affiliates, assigns or representatives; and any other individuals or entities associated with the development, administration, promotion, advertising, execution of, or supply to this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”); and family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) or persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate or win. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN OR TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
  2. Means of Entry. There are three ways to enter:
    • Share a Real Vision video using the POWERSHARE feature available to Real Vision paying members (each an “entry”, collectively the “entries”).
    • Refer a friend – Every time a new member starts a trial from your referral link (each an “entry”, collectively the “entries”).
    • Hand-print your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, email address, day and evening phone numbers and the words “REAL VISION XYZ SWEEPS” on a 3″ x 5” card and mail in a #10 envelope hand-printed to: “REAL VISION XYZ SWEEPS,” c/o Real Vision at [enter address]. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted in violation of the previous sentence may be void and entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received for any reason or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.
  1. Random drawings/odds of winning: The odds of winning a Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received.
  2. Taxes: All winners shall be solely responsible for all (a) federal, state and/or local taxes, and (b) other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of any Prize.Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  3. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone after completion of the relevant random drawing. If a notification is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or declines his or her Prize, the Prize will be awarded to another randomly-drawn entry as the winner. Winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of participants. P.O. Boxes are not acceptable as mailing addresses. Awarding of a Prize is subject to verification of the winner’s eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. As a condition of accepting a Prize, winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification of winning within three (3) business daysfrom the time of notification. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Membership will be forfeited and will not be substituted, nor will there be any refund for any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Membership.

10. General:

  1. Sweepstakes Cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, integrity or security of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming). The Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents are not responsible for hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, traffic congestion on the Internet, lost network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by technical or human error that may occur and/or that may damage a user’s system or limit an participant’s ability to participate and/or redeem a Prize in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules or otherwise engages in fraudulent or offensive conduct with respect to this Sweepstakes.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANTS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
  2. Waiver: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or state governmental authority), Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, as applicable, or to disqualify any participants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
  3. Privacy Policy: Any personal information collected will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at [https://www.realvision.com/privacy]. By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that Sponsor has the right to contact participant by telephone, email or regular mail as set forth by these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy will govern and control. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use a Winner’s name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, statements, biographical information and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation marketing, promotional and/or publicity purposes, without additional compensation to the Prize Winner. Except where prohibited, the Grand Prize Winner must be available for interviews and photos, on dates and times to be decided by Sponsor and allow for release thereof in national and regional television, newspapers, magazines, and Sponsor marketing and promotional materials in all mediums including but not limited to RealVision.com.
  4. Release of Liability: Unless prohibited by law, by participating all participants agree that Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (a)shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow such releases or indemnity, so the above may not apply to you.
  5. Third Party Terms and Conditions: Prizes may be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions of third party providers, including but not limited to access to the Internet. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor will not be responsible for any agreement between you and such third party providers or any content, applications or software provided by such third parties.
  6. Request for Winner List and Official Rules: For Official Rules and/or the Winner List, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Real Vision [enter address], Attn: “REAL VISION XYZ SWEEPS”. Requests for the Winner List must be submitted within 60 days after month end. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage on rules requests.

Mark Yusko is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management. He is also the Managing Partner of Morgan Creek Digital Assets.

Morgan Creek Capital Management was founded in 2004 and currently manages close to $2 billion in discretionary and non-discretionary assets. Prior to founding Morgan Creek, Mr. Yusko was CIO and Founder of UNC Management Company (UNCMC), the Endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, he was Senior Investment Director for the University of Notre Dame Investment Office. Mr. Yusko has been at the forefront of institutional investing throughout his career. An early investor in alternative asset classes at Notre Dame, he brought the Endowment Model of investing to UNC, which contributed to significant performance gains for the Endowment. The Endowment Model is the cornerstone philosophy of Morgan Creek, as is the mandate to Invest in Innovation.

Mr. Yusko is again at the forefront of investing through Morgan Creek Digital Assets, which was formed in 2018. Morgan Creek Digital is an early stage investor in blockchain technology, digital currency and digital assets through the firm’s Venture Capital and Digital Asset Index Fund.

Mr. Yusko received a BA with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.

Luke Gromen has 25 years of experience in equity research, equity research sales, and as a macro/thematic analyst. Luke Gromen holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He earned the CFA designation in 2003.
