CMAll trading should be emotionless: Our survey says X http://www.soundboard.com/sb/sound/431780 Emotions are an unavoidable part of every second of our lives. How could we believe that they can be somehow blocked out? I really enjoy these episodes with Denise.

MSThe concept that one must practice recognizing and categorizing our emotions is key. Emotions are another data point and the more in depth information we have about them, can lead to better decision making. This needs to be done on a consistent basis, in order to recognize our individual patterns. This video is only 5 minutes long, but watch it a second time. It is jammed packed.

VRI totally agree. In ither words the best trades come when we are almost completely indifferent to the outcome. It’s just a matter of discipline to follow your setup/system , and develop the feeling that you are just doing your job. The outcome doesn’t matter.
