      I was sure she was going to mention to drink more water and exercise more often... nevertheless, good sleep is extremely important.

    Wear orange lens glasses (Oakley style) and put them on 2 hours before bed. Your partner will think you're Bono from U2, but the "setting sun effect" that it has on the mind will help to lower cortisol and increase melatonin.

      Or simply dont use electronic devices (blue light) and keep the lights dimmed
