Even now, with mortgage rates doubling since the start of the year, the median home price was up 15% year over year in May. It’s still an extremely hot market, with prospective buyers regularly engaging in bidding wars. And competition is now driving rental prices higher too. Logan Mohtashami, lead analyst at HousingWire, returns to Real Vision to provide an update on this still “savagely unhealthy” housing market.
