This is a piece of the future of investing. Analysts like this are street analysts - a business street savviness. Very cool!

Brilliant ! He gets it. I also like the chapters without an interviewer to speed up the process.

I love this concept, Eric. Sometimes with all of the new hit investment styles that overcomplicate things, it's worth just refocusing on cash flows and revenue. I know it's not that simple, but regardless it's what's important for clients. I love the Unilever call as well. When they announced the business model change recently, I was amped. I love the idea of increasing dividends to HONESTLY do right by their shareholders. People need consistent cash disbursements. The world (individual investors/retail/retiree's) is cash poor. Great video RV!!!
