Not sure I believe change is really underway in Korea, although I certainly hope it is. The test will be rising shareholder returns. The jury is still out on that. Is there anything new in this potential re-rating. Reminds me of a certain widowmaker trade not far from Seoul. Korea has always been cheap and offered a strong re-rating potential. But arresting a few Chaebol bosses has been the norm for many years - it may but it does not necessarily, indicate a rerating is underway. And the North Korean discount remains and you could argue should be higher with Trump in the Whitehouse.

Very pithy and poignant cases although disagree with EWY. There is a reason for a discount and I doubt that completely disappears. Excellent format with bullet points at the end.

Excellent, I like the summary at the end. That might be helpful in RealVision interviews

Agriculture is certainly attractive now but in the longer term, I wonder what impact genetics and emerging technology such as Graphene Oxide membranes for water desalination will have on supply?

The growing unpredictability and tension in the region raises concerns about significant downside risk, regardless of the evident positive attributes of S.Korea, I see no signs of these tensions abating.
