Real Vision Trade Ideas Competition Terms & Conditions

OFFICIAL RULES

The Real Vision Trade Ideas Competition (“Competition”) is sponsored by Real Vision Group SEZC, a Cayman Islands special economic zone company having a place of business at Signal House, Off Fairbanks Road, Grand Cayman, KY1-9012, Cayman Islands (“Real Vision” which term shall include its affiliates).

  1. ELIGIBILITY. All RV Connect, RV Alpha, RV Pro, and RVIP members who have an active membership are eligible to enter the Competition (“Entrant”). Employees of Real Vision, their family members, and direct vendors of Real Vision are prohibited from entering.
  2. ELIGIBILITY PERIOD. Entry period will commence at 09:00 ET, March 16, 2026, and ends at 23:59 ET, March 31, 2026. This period may be extended by Real Vision at its sole discretion.
  3. SELECTION PERIOD. Winners of a Competition prize (a “Prize”) will be selected by April 2, 2026 based solely on the percentage return on investment (“ROI”) achieved by the submitted trade idea during the Competition period. ROI will be calculated from the entry price provided in the submission to the closing market price of the referenced asset as of March 31, 2026 at 23:59 ET. Real Vision reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the market data source used to calculate such prices. The submissions with the highest ROI during the Competition period will be ranked accordingly and awarded the applicable Prizes. In the event of a tie, Real Vision reserves the right to determine the final ranking in its sole discretion, including through reasonable tie-breaking criteria determined by Real Vision. All decisions are final and binding.
  4. HOW TO ENTER. Entrants must submit a trade idea on the Real Vision platform by filling out all the required fields. Only one entry is allowed per member, and no Entrant will be eligible to win more than one Prize. By submitting an entry, Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) the submission does not constitute personalized investment advice to any specific individual; (ii) the Entrant is solely responsible for the content submitted; and (iii) the submission complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Participation in the Competition is also subject to the Real Vision Terms of Service.
  5. PRIZES. The prize structure consists of a combination of RV memberships and cash:
    • 1st Place: $7,500 (cash/crypto) + 1yr of RV Pro (or a membership extension if already Pro or higher)
    • 2nd Place: $2,500 (cash/crypto) + 1yr of RV Pro (or a membership extension if already Pro or higher)
    • 3rd Place: $500 (cash/crypto) + 1yr of RV Pro (or a membership extension if already Pro or higher)
    • 4th Place: $500 (cash/crypto) + 1yr of RV Alpha (or a membership extension if already Alpha or higher)
    • 5th Place: 1yr of RV Alpha (or a membership extension if already Alpha or higher)
  2. The portfolio analysis session is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment advice.
  3. NOTIFICATION. Prize winners will be contacted by e-mail. If an email is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or declines his or her Prize, Real Vision shall in its sole discretion either award to the next eligible winner or cancel that Prize. Entrants are responsible for keeping contact information up to date. Real Vision is not responsible for any member change of email address or other contact information. As a condition of accepting a Prize winner must respond to Real Vision’s notification of winning within three (3) business days from the time of notification. Any unclaimed Prize will be forfeited and will not be substituted, nor will there be any refund for any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Prize. The Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are not assignable or transferable.
  4. REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPETITION. A Prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of the Prize. If a winner fails to sign and return the requested documents to Real Vision, that Prize winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate randomly selected Prize winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  5. CONTENT REMOVAL. Real Vision reserves the right to remove, edit, or disqualify any submission that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules, contains unlawful or offensive content, or creates regulatory or reputational risk.
  6. RESIDENCE ELIGIBILITY. Real Vision will give good faith consideration to fulfilling the Prize, so long as such fulfillment does not violate any laws of the jurisdiction in which such Winner lives. THE COMPETITION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
  7. PRIVACY. Any personal information collected will be subject to the Real Vision’s privacy policy available at https://www.realvision.com/privacy. Each participant agrees that Real Vision has the right to contact participant by email. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Real Vision and its designees to use a winner’s name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, statements, biographical information and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation for marketing, promotional and/or publicity purposes, without additional compensation to the winner.
  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Entrant retains ownership of original content submitted; however, by entering the Competition, Entrant grants Real Vision a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and create derivative works from the submission in any media now known or hereafter developed, for editorial, promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.
  9. FORCE MAJEURE. Real Vision shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, market disruptions, or technical failures.
  10. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Competition shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands, and participants consent to such jurisdiction.
  11. TAX. All winners shall be solely responsible for all (a) federal, state and/or local taxes, and (b) other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of any Prizes. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  12. CANCELLATION. Real Vision may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Competition, or the entire Competition altogether, at any time. Real Vision reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend this Competition, or any portion thereof, should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Real Vision corrupt or impair the administration, integrity or security of the Competition (including but not limited to attempts to hack into or otherwise tamper with underlying source code/programming). Real Vision and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents are not responsible for hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, traffic congestion on the Internet, lost network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Real Vision, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by technical or human error that may occur and/or that may damage a user’s system or limit an participant’s ability to participate and/or redeem the Prize. Real Vision reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Competition, violates these Official Rules or otherwise engages in fraudulent or offensive conduct with respect to Competition.
  13. NO LIABILITY. Unless prohibited by law, by participating all participants agree that Real Vision, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents  shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the live event or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow such releases or indemnity, so the above may not apply to you. Real Vision assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Real Vision, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Competition or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Competition.
  14. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE; NO ENDORSEMENT. The Competition is for educational and informational purposes only. Submission of a trade idea does not constitute investment advice by Real Vision, nor does selection of any submission as a Prize winner constitute endorsement, recommendation, or validation of the trade idea. Real Vision does not evaluate suitability, risk tolerance, or regulatory compliance of any submission. Participants acknowledge that all trading involves risk of loss and that they are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
