Smart people that do not appear to be flame throwing trolls keep bringing up The Reset. We can ignore them because it's scary and "that's crazy" or we can begin to get our financial affairs in order.

If we consider Gold just like any other asset, what is the problem of cash settlements? I mean, aren't any kind of futures settled in cash? Why should Gold be any different?

I guess I'm one of the 10,000. I knew all of the information presented but found it useful to have it all condensed into this presentation.

Re: John's comment on Global Reset: suggest Currency Wars author Jim Rickard's. First person (I believe) to start talking about a global monetary reset years ago. Smart and articulate.

Brilliant, cogent analysis from an experienced market veteran of the difference between the paper and physical gold markets, the forces driving them, and what will turn the 4 year bear market around.

Would be nice to know their conviction levels in 2012-13 and if they admitted to their mistakes

Global Reset scenarios - something worthy of discussion on RVTV. Seems inevitable at some point in time. We need to be getting our heads around this, be alive to warning signs and start positioning

JH comments re people currently not caring about the gold market is a good observation. Feels like gold is close to washout with near record short interest. Agree with his overall sentiments.

On 27 October 2011, John said "I am very bullish on the future of the price of gold and gold equities. Equities present extraordinary opportunities'. Since: gold down 40%, equities down 75-90%. Ouch.

JH know EXACTLY how the manipulation's accomplished, who's actually doing the rigging, who ordered it & who's bought off to see no evil. Choosing his words carefully.. Please make him a regular.

Druckenmiller liquidated his GLD position quite soon after reporting it.
