William Selig, CEO of New Crossroads Asia Pte. Ltd., takes us on an economic tour of Myanmar, giving us a sense of how this frontier market is structurally positioned for growth. While the country suffers from infrastructure and human-resource undercapacity, the fundamentals case Bill provides makes it a clear destination for future capital as the market opens to foreign investment.

Visited Burma for Xmas 2010 when we were living in Singapore. Great to see the people being given the chance to prosper. Will look for funds to invest in. Thanks RV

Hi Everyone Thank you all for your kind sentiments. We are starting a fund soon. Were invested in a Tier 4 data center with VSAT capabilities as well as the first TV shopping Direct Response Co.

Kudos to RV for delving into Myanmar. I was traveling there a few months ago and the opportunity is staggering. This is the first analysis i've seen anywhere focusing on Myanmar.

Good example of how opportunity abounds. One must have the capital and confidence to seek it out.

Excellent information on the evolution of Myanmar. Amazing to see how quickly the changes take place, i.e., increase in autos and cell phones. Thanks William.
