    No mention of the abysmal ROI typical of Australian broadacre and grazing farms. Check out ABARES papers for their 2-5% ROI averages.

    A farmer can buy insurance for his crop if he gets wiped out re: weather and disease! Great business tho cuz everybody needs food!! Never ending supply of customers...

    Have looked at farmland to invest in, but finding a farmer for small acreage is daunting. Diggle's Vulpes avocado ranch and this Aussy farm are scaled beyond individuals. Need a FIT..farm Invst Trust
