Real Vision folks, please let John know know that I would gladly walk away from my current investment job to take an unpaid internship role with him. I'd give a lot to learn from the likes of him.

I do wonder about one thing that John said. That policy really doesnt matter?. Perhaps usually but it seems that we are in a unique times, ie Sanders and Trump. Civil unrest potential is real.

Key takeaway for me.... Price is a liar; as well as the word Liquidity. Something I will certainly dive deeper into.

I love the way he thinks. "Off-the grid" thinking makes all the sense in the world. Why is everyone so fixated on the "wall street" way of thinking and the talent that exists in that microcosm. ????

Absolutely mind blowing. I love the idea of the 5 year look back and then realizing how little we know about the world ahead of us. Incredible.

If he says companies in the US are going multi-national - that is going to be pretty tough with a strong dollar environment. $CAT proves that.

Bass is unquestionably an phenomenal investor, but a terrible interviewer. The Chain is a great concept but depends on the interviewer’s ability to conduct an interview with the audience in mind

The lag between the actual interview and when it’s available for viewing is a major issue. It would help if the date of interview was disclosed.

Winner takes all in innovation is a good angle, thank you. Lots of copy cats in Asia but agree that the US has realised it needed to adapt after the GFC and its best asset is innovation.

The last 8 mins was the best part, where he spoke about his philosophy and how it tied in with his investing. Only thing missing was a view on currencies.

RVTV- is there a way that you can date when the interviews take place - not just the date published. This interview may have been in Oct. 2014. When he talks about Feb. I assume he means 2014- not 15?
