A patently brilliant Gentlemen who combines the "simple" pieces of real estate investment with savvy operations talent. That's exponential value. Rare! Awesome piece.

Food for thought. I have not invested in property for a long time. He reminded me of why I liked to. Am going to a possible city soon so it was well timed for me to take a look Good cautionary advice.

I was fortunate to catch his presentation at the conference. I believe the Chicago property he covered was 330 Wabash. Right on the river. Maybe you can find more with our old friend Google.

Great interview. Would like to see additional Real Estate content to round out an already excellent suite of analysis. Anyone know where I can find Mr. Glasgow's "anatomy of a deal"? Thanks.

Excellent. Stress test your assumptions and protect yourself on the downside. Would like to see more real estate related interviews on RV.
