Interesting analysis and much appreciated. I am cautious on his premises that dollar is starting to turn down and that EM is stabilising. Both will come around in the future but some patience is warranted at this point in time.

Some of the materials space are an industries in liquidation so I love them long-term, but in the short run? Whoa. It's not time yet except in select areas. Maybe a person could trade a few bucks out of this if they're very nimble and lucky, but the only way I see a decent rally in XLB is if the perverse safety trade into US equities plays out as a consequence of some air coming out of the global debt bubble. On a side note, Justine started off a little rocky, but she just gets better and better. Good hire RV.

Who has more credibility, Stan Druckenmiller or him? I’ll take Druckenmiller!
