    Another smart man. Another bear. I love the guys and Real Vision but "too much" of it can be injurious to your career (and/or portfolio).

      Yup. Also not enough accountability. I enjoy the trade retrospectives but the bad calls should be highlighted more frequently and should probably be discussed in more detail than the good calls to improve on the process. I hope nobody allocates their capital based on these videos. Maybe useful to spur thought or identify risks to be aware of but that's about it. Certainly entertaining!
