1.     NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIVE EVENT OR TO WIN “DOOR PRIZES”

2.    Winners will be chosen based on the Q&A session during the live event. “Giveaways” are only for attendees who are registered via the zoom webinar (Attendees on YouTube are not eligible). Answers are to be provided through the zoom chat function.

3.     All winners and giveaways will be announced during the live event except the “Golden Ticket” prize winner who will be notified on Monday, March 1, 2021.

4.     Notification: Winners will be contacted by e-mail for the dissemination of the giveaways. If an email is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or declines his or her giveaway, Real Vision shall in its sole discretion either award to the next eligible winner or cancel that prize. Participants are responsible for keeping contact information up to date. Real Vision is not responsible for any member change of email address or other contact information. As a condition of accepting a giveaway, Winner must respond to Real Vision’s notification of winning within three (3) business days from the time of notification. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the giveaway will be forfeited and will not be substituted, nor will there be any refund for any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the giveaway. The giveaway prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are not assignable or transferable (except for the friends and family passes contemplated in Paragraph 5(a) below.

5.     Giveaways:

a)    Free Passes to Crypto Gathering and Festival of Learning: All the giveaway prizes being passes to other Real Vision virtual events shall be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions attached to the virtual event. Winners that receive multiple event tickets for friends and family must provide friends and family contact information ( name and email) so that the passes may be distributed. Such friends and family agree to  be contacted by Real Vision representatives for this purpose.  Only such friends and family will be eligible for the passes. No further transfer or sale of the passes is allowed.

b)    Free membership: For non-members Winners, Real Vision’s representative will activate the prize membership tier (determined by Real Vision) for the winners after the winners have been verified. Winners shall be responsible for all computer and/or mobile equipment and connectivity to access the membership. The membership will be for twelve (12) months.

c)     Membership upgrades/ free months: Any membership upgrades/ free month giveaways will be made effective from the following month:

·       For Essential/ Plus tier members – Upgrade to next level of membership shall be for twelve (12) months.

·       For Pro tier members – twelve (12) extra months will be added to their existing membership period.

·       For Blacklist members – gift one (1) Essential membership to a friend or family member.

d)    Real Vision Shop Merchandise winners: Real Vision may seek sizing details, address for delivery etc. All merchandise shall be sent over post or courier.  

e)    Grand Prize: Real Vision will contact the “Golden Ticket prize winner – Free call with Raoul” and arrange for scheduling of the call.

6.    Privacy: Any personal information collected will be subject to the Real Vision’s privacy policy available at https://www.realvision.com/privacy. Each participant agrees that Real Vision has the right to contact participant by email. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a giveaway constitutes permission for Real Vision and its designees to use a Winner’s name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, statements, biographical information and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation for marketing, promotional and/or publicity purposes, without additional compensation to the winner.

7.     Tax: All winners shall be solely responsible for all (a) federal, state and/or local taxes, and (b) other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of any giveaways. Giveaways are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.    Cancellation: Real Vision may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Giveaways, or the entire giveaways altogether, at any time, including. Real Vision shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms and conditions or intent of these terms and conditions. The laws of the state of New York shall govern these Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New York, New York, for all matters arising in connection with these terms and conditions or the member’s participation in the event.

9.       No Liability: Unless prohibited by law, by participating all participants agree that Real Vision, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the live event  or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prizes or giveaways. Some jurisdictions do not allow such releases or indemnity, so the above may not apply to you.
