Keeper DAO community member DaddyMatty proposed an interesting systematic budgeting process for Keeper DAO. This process would allow the DAO to allocate funding transparently, while also supporting ‘proper’ financial reporting, and more importantly, planning. The proposal is lengthy, but proposes a new treasury team, with consistent processes for various budgeting activities that the team follows to ensure accountability and oversight.
