I imagine a future where everyday objects in my life are NFTs. Costco card, gym membership, driver's license, car and house keys, certificates, coupons, etc. But why must these things add to the value of Monkey jpegs? Over time, why would any of today's simple and poorly made "arts" be worth anything? A Monet is worth lots of money today because most people agree it is a masterpiece. Would people feel the same about a Monkey jpeg a century from now?
