REAL VISION INFLUENCE POINTS SHOP CREDIT PROGRAM

Top Influence Point earners on The Exchange will be awarded Credits for use on the Real Vision Shop!  Influence Points are earned from quality engagements and interactions on The Exchange, such as new content shares and useful and entertaining engagement with other’s posts – and we want to say “Thank You!” for your participation. The following terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding this Influence Points Credit program (the “Program”).

What is the deal?

During the term of the Program the highest Influence Point earners each week and each month will be awarded a credit (“Credit”), redeemable for discounts on Real Vision Shop.

• The weekly Top three Influence Point Earners will be granted a Credit of Ten Dollars ($10), and
• The monthly Top five Influence Point Earners will be granted a Credit of Twenty Five Dollars ($25)

The Credits can only be used for purchase on the Real Vision Shop.  The Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.  The Credits are redeemable for a period of one year, commencing on the award date. Expired and unused credits after the one year period will no longer be valid. All Credit award decisions are final, binding and non-appealable. 

Where are the other Credit use terms that we expect to see?  We are glad you asked. They are here:

• Weekly winner can only win the weekly Credit once per quarter.
• Monthly winners must wait six months before they are eligible again for the monthly Credit.
• A weekly or monthly winner would not be considered eligible for the same category during the period specified above. Credit would be passed on to the next person on the list.
• Credits must be used on one purchase only. If the entire Credit amount is not used at checkout, the remaining balance is lost.
• Credit holders will not be issued partial credits or cash for unused portions remaining after purchase. Credits may be combined with other gift card coupon codes at checkout, so that’s cool.
• No minimum or maximum cart limit.
• Member must use a second form of payment if the cart order amount exceeds the Credit amount.
• Credits will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.

How will I be notified if I am a weekly or monthly winner? After the Credit winners are chosen, they will receive an email with a personalized gift card with the coupon code for the earned Credit amount. If a notification is returned as undeliverable or a winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or declines his or her Credit, the Credit will be either returned to the Credit pool or awarded to another worthy member of The Exchange, in Real Vision’s sole discretion. Members are responsible for keeping contact information up to date. Real Vision is not responsible for any member change of email address or other contact information.

Who is eligible?   Most likely, you are.  But the Program is only open to living individuals who are Real Vision members across all membership tiers except the Crypto-Only Tier.  Eligibility does not include  employees, officers and directors of Real Vision or its affiliates, or advertising, promotion and web design agencies, or their family members.

Who is running this Program anyway?  We are!  Real Vision Group SEZC is a Cayman Islands special economic zone company having a place of business at P.O.Box 10315, Strathvale House,90 North Church St, Grand Cayman, KY1-1003, Cayman Islands. 

There has to be more legal stuff, right?  Right. Credits may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to the winner. Credit earners are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Winners may not assign or transfer any Credits. Real Vision makes no warranty in any respect as to any Credits, merchandise or service available within the Program. Members hereby release Real Vision, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Credits.

Whew! So that’s it?  Nope. Real Vision may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program, or the entire Program altogether, at any time, including. Real Vision may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, manipulation, using bots or technology to improve the odds of winning, or otherwise gaming the system in bad faith. Further, Real Vision reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Real Vision deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) damaging, hacking, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or The Exchange; or (b) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (c) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (d) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Real Vision to be generally inconsistent with the spirit or intended operation of the Program. Any decision Real Vision makes relating to termination or suspension of any member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Real Vision shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or intent of these Terms and Conditions. The laws of the state of New York  shall govern these Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New York, New York, for all matters arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the member’s participation in the Program.

Alright, wrap it up already!  OK.  Any personal information collected will be subject to Real Vision’s privacy policy available at https://www.realvision.com/privacy. Each participant agrees that Real Vision  has the right to contact participant by email. Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a Credit constitutes permission for Real Vision and its designees to use a winner’s name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, statements, biographical information and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any marketing, promotional and/or publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
