Featuring Gene Munster and Raoul Pal
May 11, 2022 • 47 minutes
Gene Munster considers himself an optimist. The well-known tech analyst turned investor and venture capitalist believes a recession is on the way and acknowledges there will be pain ahead for the technology sector. But he also thinks 2023 will be a great year for tech. Munster entered 2022 holding 70% in cash and is looking for opportunities to put that money to work in the things he’s really excited about – specifically names related to the metaverse and the future of transportation. He still likes Apple, he thinks Meta is mispriced, and he believes Tesla is much more than a car company. He also shares some of the crazy ideas he’s been pitched, because sometimes those crazy ideas become future winners. Recorded on May 5, 2022.
