The Hon. Dr. Harald Malmgren 1

Featuring Dr. Harald Malmgren

In Part One of this riveting conversation, Dr. Harald Malmgren shares behind-the-scenes conversations inside presidential administrations, which afford viewers a new perspective on a crucial period in US history. Though the interview was done some time ago it's no less relevant now than it was then. No wonder Pippa is such a brilliant contributor to the global dialog. PS: It's gratifying to hear someone like Dr Malmgren believes as I do that Washington DC serves as ground zero for economic data torture chambers.

Wow! What an eye opener. A true ex-mandarin. The stories he tells are not dissimilar to what we experience in the corporate world. It makes me more confident but wary at the same time. Thanks RVTV!

You are spoiling me, RVTV. A tastefully executed walk through the real history of US politics. I will never trust another set of numbers. And superb interaction between father and daughter. Great!

I believe when someone reports the facts about what they have done and it happens to be intelligent + part of the political game, it is interesting, not something for others to judge negatively. Bravo

Who the freaking hell could junk this interview. The guy has 55 mins to share 50 years of wisdom/experience. Even the harshest cynic gets a decent takeaway. Be responsible for your own ego.

This dude could not possibly be more full of himself. Literally un-listenable, every sentence was bragging about how important he is and name dropping etc. Just awful.

His comment that when you dealing with a corrupt system - you get surrounded by Yes Men. Ray McGovern said the same thing about the CIA. If you don't tell neocons what they want to hear you are fired.

Everyone knew the Soviet Union's economic numbers were a farce before the fall. And now everyone knows the US employment/CPI numbers etc. are a farce. Let's see if the correlation equals causation.

I can hardly say how grateful I am to RVTV for providing the platform for this: we learn that the Tokyo Round was just a political ploy, that Volcker masterminded the 1971 Nixon USD shock and more....
