Really interesting info, masked by an awkward dynamic between the presenters. The guy seems like he's bored and doesn't want to be there.

Einstein said - So goes the bees, so goes Man. The Gluten problem is from evil Monsanto's Round-Up, spraying wheat crops to allow the crop to be harvested all at the same time, by killing the wheat husk to open up at the same time. Development of Round-Up has had a HUGE negative knock-on effect. This herbicide, over time, destroy's protein enzymes in the human gut (animals & insects too) which has caused humans to loose the ability to digest gluten proteins, thus all levels of inflammation, arthritis, Celiac, etc. Big issue now with HONEY is Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids (PA's) in Honey, natures way of defending plants from insects. These PA's come from certain plants pollenated by bees, get into the honey, then into the human body, especially the liver and cannot be removed. To date, no known way to remove PA's from the liver. May lead to serious health problems. PA's should be listed on the honey containers along with other ingredients. Not all honey has them. I've consumed honey all my life, in my coffee, tea, cereal, etc and now I don't eat any more honey. I miss it. The bee situation is very serious and regulators MUST respond without delay. Food prices will skyrocket. It has a huge knock-on effect. Great presentation with facts and information.
